Gender Equality towards Social Transformation Workshop Organized by Heinrich Boell Foundation SEA. The workshop aimed to deepen the understanding and strengthen capacity of the social workers/change agents on Gender Equality towards Social Transformation. The capacity building will strengthen their appropriate approach to gender perspective and practice within the teamwork and cross organizational collaboration.

The objectives of the workshop were the social workers/change agents that aware of gender equality for social change in Thai society, and, a step or a mechanism to enhance the gender equality and create an enabling factor at the personal and organizational level.

Towards Organic Asia and members of organic network in Thailand participated in the workshop to gain more knowledge and understand the concept of gender equality. Therefore, TOA and organic network can apply gender equality in actions for social and ecological justice.
