The Regional Alumni Gathering, co-organized by INEB-SSMF, TOA, SEM-PCPSM, and TCF, and supported by CCFD, was held at Wongsanit Ashram from 11 to 16 December 2025 and designed as an immersive space for reconnection, reflection, and collective action among regional alumni. The program blended mindfulness practices, ashram-based learning, open forums, and creative workshops with deep dialogue on social, environmental, and political crises, allowing participants to ground themselves personally while engaging critically with shared regional challenges. Through alumni sharing circles, thematic breakout groups, and strategic planning sessions, participants exchanged country experiences, strengthened cross-sector solidarity, and identified collaborative pathways across education, human rights, environmental justice, sustainable livelihoods, and humanitarian response. The gathering emphasized youth leadership, ethical engagement, and movement-building, culminating in joint reflections, donor dialogues, and concrete next steps to sustain and expand the regional alumni network beyond the gathering.
